The survey work along the WHVDC cable route has commenced today, 26th July 2012.
The initial survey work is being carried out by the vessel Granuaile, starting off the Wirral coast and heading northwards along the proposed cable route to the south and west of the Isle of Man, along the Northern Ireland coast and north into the Clyde.
